Growth Mindset-the power of believing that you can improve

I occasionally knew this ted talk in a lecture about career development. The speaker of this ted talk is Carol Dweck, the professor of psychology of stanford university, who is konw for her work on the mindset psychological trait.

what did I learn by reading this book?

  • I am not a person of growth mindset, I allway doubt my ability and am inconficent
  • Fixed and growth mindset are opposite, but they exist in our body together, for me, the fixed mindset has the majority proportion than growth mindset
  • Most of the successful people are not afraid of failure and can recover from failure(as described in inspirational stories or some autobiographies), beacause they have the growth mindset
  • People with growth mindset focus on the development of ability and love to challenge.
